FLIP OUTSIDE THE BOX
Elements not yet in the JO Code of Points

Flip Outside the Box contains dozens of elements which are not yet included in the JO Code of Points.

But did you know that you can apply to have an original element valued for use in competition and it can potentially be added to the Code of Points? To do so, download the USAG Value Part Evaluation Form (.pdf, 75kb) from the USA Gymnastics web site. This Form and a video clip/DVD will need to be sent to your Regional Technical Chairman and Regional JO Committee Chairman. They will give you a temporary evaluation to be taken to the meets throughout the season.

If the athlete successfully competes and performs an element with a value of at least a C at JO Nationals, it will be added to the JO Code Of Points with the gymnast's name. Why not make an element from Flip Outside the Box your very own?
